Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AbjadPro ("the Service"), operated by AbjadPro ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AbjadPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

AbjadPro is an Arabic language learning platform that provides interactive lessons, videos, stories, flashcards, and other educational resources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or share content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes

Community Chatboards

AbjadPro may provide community chatboards where users can post and comment. By posting content on the chatboards, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service
• Represent that you have the right to submit the content
• Understand that we may remove content that violates these Terms

We are not responsible for content posted on the chatboards. If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms, please report it using the reporting tools on the site or contact us.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

AbjadPro offers paid monthly subscription plans that grant access to premium content and features. Details of available plans, including pricing, are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Billing

• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we do, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods at our discretion. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to premium features until then.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us and we will review your case.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are the property of AbjadPro and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Third-Party Content and Links

AbjadPro may link to external websites and resources (such as YouTube channels, streaming platforms, and other learning tools). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites. Use of external resources is at your own discretion and risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any errors will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific learning goals

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AbjadPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

In no event shall AbjadPro's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the total amount you have paid to AbjadPro in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AbjadPro, its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content you post on the community chatboards

This obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. If your account is terminated for a violation, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page; if you have an active subscription, cancelling your account will also cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
